ah, I thought I saw doll parts in there... ew! ;)  The idea behind it is cool - the song you mentioned I know of well (taught college history for a stint).  Each of the phrases we've sung just sound familiar and  sing-songy, but describe physical aspects of the disease and the cultural responses to it during that time.  I really like how you made the piles in a ring - almost like the kids fell down after they sang.  Cool and creepy all at once!
