The 78th Annual Artists Exhibition opened today in San Antonio. From over 500 entries, about 55 works were selected by juror, Toby Kamps, Head Curator for the Houston Museum of Contemporary Art. I was surprised to get a piece in the show...probably because it was the only encaustic work. At any rate, the show remains open through April until mid May. If you are in San Antonio, stop in the San Antonio Art League and Museum in King William.
