Hey Deb - Thanks for the lengthy reply to my angry AUM painting. I wanted to thanks you for opening up to me and making me feel like I wasn't just some whiney child. By my sophomore year I came to the conclusion that Academia is largely lathered in thick layers of fresh B.S.!!! It's sad but now I am stuck with four years of dedicated learning in pursuit of a MFA and can't afford to really quit. I guess I just have to plug my nose and keep walking through all the "filth" (that's a big euphamism)! - Jared

I admired your work before you made the friend request...wow...the force, the detail, the in-your-face but also a touch of real gentleness in the masculine form.  I would be kicked out of my Sunday School class if they knew I was looking at stuff like this...hahahaha....and I also get a kick out of your definition of what it means to be a female riding on a bike?????  Hahaha....yes Ma'am!

Hey DebiLynn-  Thanks for stopping by my profile page. It sounds like you are an art madwoman! You do some really interesting work, and I like the dogs as well. I have a couple dogs of my own--what is it about us artists that we like pups so much? Glad to see someone else mention that they like RM Rilke.
