Hi Patty, thanks for posting the comment on my work. That piece is a large version of one I painted from life. I like translating certain pieces into a larger format. Your purple cone flower looks good - got a nice composition. How big is the art?

I know some people say to never use black out of a tube but I think sometimes it just makes the colors stand out more like in the purple daisey, great work

Your work is wonderful.I don't undestand why you don't post more
