Nice photograph of Mr. De Lancie.  I was trying to figure out what his profession is?  The clip on lights behind him make him look like a photographer, the pencil behind his ear makes him look like some kind of drafter, but then the background stuff makes him look like a "mad scientist", and his outfit is very unusual.  I give up.  Who is he?
