Jim,...I love your work, and I too find that every painting ends up with me using my fingers!!!!  I just hope that my acrylics are toxic!  And I love Italy too, plus Giverny in France is remarkable...would love to go and spend a year living between France and Italy...painting and eating!  Best,Sandy
