Glad you enjoy it. Yes, this sculpture is in front of the capital building in Washington DC. I shot the photo about 10:00 in the morning on a very cold day. The exposure was very bad and is the reason I put so much work into bringing the detail out of it.

Thank you Jared. This started out as a very poor shot. I was able to highlight the horses and rest of the sculpture and bring our a lot of detail that was otherwise lost.
