This is a piece that I completed when my daughter and her friend went to the State Fair.  They had their hair done and it is called "Fair Hair".  All the girls were having their hair done and it was a riot to watch.  It washes out and the hair does not get damaged but it sure is fun to walk with them and have all the heads turn.  I didn't have too much trouble loosing them in the crowds.
