I thought this was beautiful and powerful even before i read the story behind it, after reading that...WOW!!!!!!

My mother is dying and this piece is the first of many grieving pieces.  This came to me in a dream and I painted it the next morning.  It makes me happy and feeling strong that I can go through this process eventhough it has been very difficult and sorrowful.
