This pine landscape was not a plein air, but based on sketches outside.  It has flaws but as an experiment I did the initial drawing in w/c pencil...pretty astute there Greg

funny, just read my messages, came to look in the gallery, and zeroed in on this, I thought it was yours! what size do you usually paint? you must have painted this wondefully wet!

Plein aire?  Nice to see your work on the radar!  You're getting pretty free with that brush handle, which looks as though it has been added after you blocked in the colors.
