For some (many.... all?) it's difficult to be sure about much. Are the ones wanting to commit just at peace in their uncertainty or just not giving it much thought? 

As recipients, they have so much passion for the guarded, but struggles with that seeming coldness. It's not that you don't have passion too, but certainty is so much more pivotable for your comfort to proceed.
