It's interesting how much movement there is in your fall aspen landscapes. Are they the most recent? They seem very integrated with your ribbon sculptures. Quite lovely!

Thanks for the nice things you said about my work.

Hey, thank you for the friendship request.  I spoke too soon about celebrating here in MN - another Canadian air mass is hitting us and tomorrow we will have -40 windchills.  Why am I here?  That is the question.   I must be nuts-  I would have 30" of snow than this cold-  Back to the studio this morning with a good cup of hot coffee - wish me luck-      Deb

Thank you so much. I"m so glad you enjoyed my articles.  Thanks for taking the time to say so.

Yes renovations take a lot of time and energy. I know what you are talking about. I am in the process of restoring the wood floors of my home which used to be a one room school house. Years ago carpet was glued down. Every inch of the floor had troweled on glue. ug! We are almost done. I can't wait. It does wear on you. It sure is beautiful when it's done though. I think that's what drives me to do the next. Like labor paints I tend to forget the trauma when I see the beauty. Ahhh.
