VIEWING 1 - 1 OUT OF 1 BLOGS.

Well, I've put my work out there for the world to see. It's a little daunting. I've even e-mailed supportive people in my life to let them know it's out there. I feel excited, but also apprehensive about how it might be received. I feel as though now it's out of my hands. The work is no longer solely mine, because anyone can see it and interpret it for themselves.
I have to admit that it's also immensely clearing and cathartic and satisfying. Placing my work online has forced me to catalog everything that's been hiding in closets or piled in stacks around my studio. It's cool to realize that I actually HAVE a body of work to show, now. And now I'm also seeing work I haven't included that could go up. Here I was, just schlepping along, painting or sculpting a little every day, and all of a sudden, I have a gallery.
I just hope it doesn't all suck.
