I'm thrilled to have finally figured out this podcasting thing.  It has taken months but I now have a podcast station.  The details can be found a http://www.spotonradio.com  I hope to begin podcasting next week.  There are two distinct channels- Creative Endeavors is about creativity, art, marketing etc.  and Inspirations is about spiritual things.I'll let you know when I have my first podcasts up.  Don't forget to check out the new additions to my tv station http://www.creativeendavors.blip.tv
