Bored?!  How can an artist be bored with a bunch like us - ya know, shut-ins who spend most of their time hunched in front of an easel, when, of course, they are not here hunched in front of the computer.  Hey, we're wild.

As for artist show-casing their art to one another...  I can't speak for everyone else, but I know if a commission or other opportunity comes along that calls for a style like yours, I serve my customer base so much the better by passing them on to you, than simply turning the down.  Plus, I make a friend in you - a friend who might return the favor one day.  So, in that light, I think show-casing our work to each other IS networking.  Now, if I'd just get busy and upload some of my work, maybe I could test that theory.  Blessings, Alison,  William

The  blogs here are sooo polite. I think we have a lot of folks who are new to the concept. I wonder if some think the forum is for more issue oriented commentary.

no to offend anyone either, but isnt blogging for anything anyone wants it to be for?! hey I am all for using different aspects of this site for whatever you are suppose to use them for, but are there rules posted somewhere?! just remember, we are artists.. so.. maybe we dont do well with rules or staying inside the box?!!
