Slow Down

02/22/2008 21:56:14 / happy

Hey Artheads,

Today, I realized it was time to slow down and organize. I have another show coming up in March and two Galleries who want at least 10 pieces each for their May openings. Do I have 20 great pieces? That's why I have to get organized!

Tonight, when my husband was walking to his room (hospital bed) things in my studio grabbed him! Pieces of rush and brambles, piles of bubble wrap, stuff! Tomorrow, I organize. Sunday, I gallery sit for the Madison Art Society's show which includes my NYC. I took the hours 1-4:00. They say bring a book or sketch pad or something because it's usually snooze time.

Live in the light,

Lisabeth

Get to it - you've got work to do! And so do I. Just found out yesterday that I need to have a good sized abstract (40" x 40") ready for a customer in week. No pressure, right?

Curious, how big are the pieces you do and how long on average (I know they are all different) do they take to complete?
