There's a couple of ways to do that.  (1)...use the save and paste tabs above the box that your writing in.   (2)...place your mouse at the top left corner of what you want to copy,  left click your mouse and hold,    scan it over whatever you want to copy and paste till it gets that funky color.  Then right click and from that,  choose copy.  Then take it to whatever page you want it in and on your keyboard press Ctrl and v together and it should appear.  Hope that helps.
