My Sweet Mother

03/13/2008 08:46:39 / happy

My sweet mother went to heaven on March 11th.  I was with her when she died and it was so beautiful.  I cannot explain or put into words right now how to describe the experience except to say that it was Glorious! Mom had a severe stroke almost 2 years ago and suffered so much. She is now free from all her pain and sorrow.  I will be taking some time away for 2-4 weeks to be with family and friends so I will not be checking in as much.  I will continue to paint.  Thank you for those who know about my situation and for your kind and encouraging words. I have never met you, but I can sense the love in your hearts and your compassion and care.  Hugs and love to all of you.            &nb sp; me

Hi Deb:

I hadn't heard about your Mom till now. Just want you to know I'll be thinking of you and yours. Glad to see that you see it as an end to her suffering. When I went thru my accident I was {brought back} twice; and I can tell you that leaving this place is nothing to fret about! Just another , ticket to ride. Thinking of you.  Rick

Deb,  I'm sorry to hear that.   It's good that your taking time to be with family and friends.   So glad that you can celebrate her going home.

Glad you have a good attitude.  Death always seems to be harder on those remaining than on those moving on.  Take care.

Dear Deb: I am sorry for your loss, parents, they have to go someday don't they!! I lost my father 8 years ago and carry him in my heart day by day. I am glad your death experience was beautiful and that your sweet mom has no pain and limitations anymore!! My heart goes with you Deb I didn't knew about her but please feel my presence by you. Keep strong, heal with your family, don't stop art and I hope I hear from you soon.

Love

Deb, I am sorry to hear about your loss and I hope the next few weeks are serene and comforting.. family and friends can provide that.. so can your art. Like you said, your mother is at peace now.

Take care,

Robin
