Hi, I am in the same boat as you are right now.  I am reading art marketing 101.  The most helpful thing I have learned about is finding your niche market.  Once you target that you can apply for shows, and contact people. 

I just came back from a trip to Golden in May.  I love the art scene in Denver.  Totally different from that in Florida.

Hi Andi.  I love your vibrant and exciting use of color.  Good for you to be on a path to rediscover your voice.  I would really encourage you to get Jack White's books, they are a map of how to market yourself and really get out there.  They also debunk so much of the crap we got in art school. Go to www.senkarik.com and click on books-start with The Mystery of Making It.  Good luck with everything you are pursuing!
