Molly, thanks for the comment on my Paris subway shot. I took a quite a few shots on the train, just have not had time to work on anything this week. It is fun to catch someone looking at the camera.
Thanks for checking out my gallery, that piece was made of strips of mulberry, I printed them myself,on my epson at the studio, which wasn't terribly good for it, it took a long time to clean out all the fibers afterwards the words are actually lines from my own poetry... the book was an edition of 21 so I had to make 21 pages like that, it seemed like a good concept when I started but it was really time consuming to make the whole edition, but I was really pleased with ow they turned out! The picture in the middle is me, when I was about 15, I just like how confident I look,
Thanks for commenting on my piece "Forgotten Fauna". I left a response comment, but I'm not sure if artscuttlebutt will let you know that it's there (I'm new here). I really like your photography! I can't believe that you got to work with Bruce Davidson, wow! He is incredible.
I am a pastel artist "by trade"-however the discovery of the electronic brush has an attraction for me. The work you're referring to is a digital painting using varied art sofware tools to produce the technique I like in my pastels. Thanks for the comment!
Molly, thanks for the kind words on my photography. The sky in the photograph you commented on is why I keep my camera with me as much as possible; you never know when an opportunity will present itself.I have been fortunate enough on several occasions to be in the right place at the fight time and have my camera with me.Thanks for the invite to the butt photography group.

PS – I like the ‘Rear View” photograph in your portfolio, it makes me want to go to the county fair.
Thanks so much for the comment on my photo! I would love to joy the photography group, I actually did a few days ago. I am new at all this art blogging so I can't say I know what I would need to do now that I joined the group/forum. Let me know!
