I'm almost finished with completing another drawing and it's been a while I've done anything at all. It appears to me, that what I was mentally getting in the way of is now starting to fade.

I was wondering what do other artist do when they experience these creative blocks?

I've tried and tried and it seems I haven't been successful with copying and pasteing images when I want to. What gives????

On a lighter note, I made my page a tad more flashy.

This happens to me quite often to me-I wake up early,EARLY and I simply get up and get a sense of the quiet morning when the sun hasn't risen yet.

Even though it's early, I got up and did some leg squats, crunches and having a couple cups of green tea, while listening to Blackstar.

Who is Blackstar?? Oh y'know...another metal band I like to listen to.

Listening to heavy metal...AT FIVE IN THE MORNING!!?? What can I say? Listening to metal runs deep in my soul and sometimes, it feels like it's a part of my soul-just like when I'm creating art.

Well, I'm done with yapping away. I hope to see a few of you at the artist's reception later this afternoon from 2-4 pm.

A CELTIC COLLECTION: THE DUBLIN AREA ART LEAGUE ALL MEMBER SHOW  will be  exhibited   at High Road Gallery, 12 E Stafford Avenue in Worthington  for the month of April.  The members create a wide range of art pieces from paintings and drawings to sculpture,photography, and ceramics.  Alan Hamwi, a widely known Dublin sculptor of  large bronze animal pieces at the Columbus zoo, will join the show as guest artist.  The show opens on April 2nd and runs until April 26.  A free Artists' Reception will be held on Sunday, April 6 from 2-4 PM.   Gallery hours are 12-4 Wednesday through Friday and 11:30-4 on Saturday.  Gallery phone is 614-781-6454. Columbus was just hit with a massive amount of snow the past two days. Is there anyone else from Ohio that experienced the same results?

Last night I had to help three vehicles get unstuck due to the snow and ice. It hasn't snowed today though but cars and trucks are almost buried in snow(I just shoveled a path for my truck a few minutes ago).

I wanted to let you guys know that I'm part of the March Online Exhibtion hosted by Projekt30. I'm one of thirty artist selected this month for this month.

I'll be honest with you, there are a lot of artist who apply monthly for these exhibtions. It's really tough and competitive to get accepted for the monthly exhibtions. The last time I was accepted was in January 2007!
