I am watching the news about Ike.  The eye of that storm...how big!  I was wondering how it is going?  It is cloudy, foggy and raining today-A good day to paint!   I am having egg rolls for a snack and then I am doing some reading.  Caddyshack is the best movie!  HA!

These images are wonderful, so many of them have such a 'painterly' quality! I love when they become abstractions, and the color variations are quite spectacular...I like what you said about being inspired by all of the vibrancy that is all around you. It's inspiring to me.

Oh I came back to visit and the Beatles were playing - way cool.... I was taking the dog for a walk in the woods this morning and I have moved my PC to the kitchen- which I think wasn't a good move because it is RIGHT here and I need to get downstairs and start painting... ps-  don't you just love those storms!!

I agree with your comments on Enya.  I do love to listen to them when I am painting certain paintings-I think you know what I mean.  It all depends what I want to express in my work.  Glad you came by to visit.   me
