Thanks for the compliments on my maritime painting. this was truly one of those pieces that you hate to see leave. I loved it and it virtually painted itself. I am having fun with a couple new hues of blue - manganese and pthalo. I usually stick with cerulean, cobalt, or ultramarine but these new colors are very inspiring to me! - Jared

I think you over stated it a little, just a little, ha!  but thanks for your comment.  I did sell the painting of the Mississippi Oyster Fisherman.  I did show it once and the judge turned it around so I took it home and reworked it some.
