Have you ever asked yourself, 'Why you?'  If not, allow me.  Why are you one out of 100,000?  "100,000 what?" you say.  Glad you asked.  One person out of 100,000 identifies him/herself as an artist.  Whether full-time professionals working outside the creative arts community or graduate students from the most illustrious art schools in the world, only a contented few know in their heart of hearts that they are blessed by God to create.  Yes, just as God created the wonders of the universe, we consider it our Calling to overcome evil and hatred, indifference and monotony by infusing color and texture into the weave of the world.

Art, like music, is one of the purest of tangible, Spiritual Gifts - which is, a Gift given by God to empower you, using material means, to change the world for the better.  Have you ever thought of it that way?  Surely, courageous and kindred spirits don't congregate on forums like this to trade idle compliments.  No.  They join to inspire and to be inspired.  They seek others to share in common experiences.

So, if you have questions, ask.  If you have doubts, share them.  If you have encouragements, speak up.  If you have ideas, illuminate us.  Where one has a need, then many have similar needs.  When one exhibits unique Gifts, others are stirred to realize their own special Gifts.
