Hi Sandy, Thanks for checking out my masks. I'm glad you enjoyed them. In answer to your question, they are all done in acrylic on canvas. Thanks, -Don

Glad you've found more time to paint! I've been doing the usual, and trying to add in a few home maintenence projects. Thinking about painting the walls and shampooing the carpets. Just the thought of doing it makes me tired and I raid the candy bowl instead! Soon it will be time to start the annual spring yard maintainence - yuck. ;)

Hi Sandy, Glad to hear from you. I am doing the same thing. Trying to keep things simple and trying to stay off my computer as much as I can. Still will be here on Scuttlebutt and Facebook, and tweaking my website every month, but I am not twittering seriously and my space is used for marketing-same with Facebook.

I have several paintings done but haven't released them yet. Busy with affiliations and now I am getting an artist core group going-all takes time.  Not doing any festivals-do not trust MN weather-although it has been very nice here.

Hope your mom is fairing well. I will be thinking of her and you. I am missing the Burridges and would love to have them back for a workshop in MN. I need a jolt and some serious art time without interruptions. Summer is here and that means the kids are out of school messing up all the parents schedules.  Ha!

Keep in touch- I'll be visiting your page to see what's new. Lv and hugs.

Hi Sandy,  It was so good to hear from you!  I visited your website and loved seeing all your new work.  Every painting is so beautiful and spiritual - I couldn't pick a favorite.  You have been very busy! My dream is to someday be able to paint abstracts as wonderful as yours.   I am surviving winter in my favorite way, by spending a month in Hawaii.  Just got back.  I am doing a group show with Robin and 3 of her other students in March, and in May I have a solo show in the public library in my town.  Lots to keep me busy and make the rest of winter zip by, I hope!  Happy Spring and happy painting to you.  Warm regards, Carmela

ps.  great jewelry - good luck with that venture.

I'm glad to hear about your mom.  And, you sound like you have been busy!  I just returned from doing demo's in an art class at a high school here in the metro area.  I love teens!  They have so much energy and are full of life. I had a blast!.

We are presently getting a new roof!  It was damaged from the storms we had past spring.  Nothing like a little pounding and stuff flying all over!  I connect with you soon-I am off running today.....hugs 2 u.
