I began doing art about three and a half-years ago. I haven't wanted to stop since. Still a student in my mind, I am willing and wanting to learn more and more about art, and in doing art. It is my solace in life.

I live standing in front of my easel. I love plein air work, alla prima type stuff, I find inspiration in figure work, I struggle at getting my portraiture just right, I love trying to paint nature's light in all, including landscapes and still life.
