Hi Sandy, Congratulations on your show, the paintings look great!

Sandy!  Congrats on your exhibit!  Way to go.  I am doing okay.  Missing my mom and such.  I have no energy to paint, my studio is a mess and I am in a funk. Grief- blah!    I have a Burridge workshop coming up soon, so I know when I get there I will be all ready.  Bob is such a hoot to work with and Kate is coming so I am looking forward to hearing about some marketing as well.  I'll keep in touch.  Got your email- thanks so much for caring-  Love,    Deb

Thanks for adding me as a friend. I used to be a silversmith  for many years, so we have a few things in common. Warm wishes from OZ, Lina

Hi Sandy, Thanks again for the kudos on my work; you are so kind. Yep, I teach several different classes at the Nevada Museum of Art’s museum school. I also mentor students when possible, do workshops and am currently working on a book. Teaching is a huge responsibility that I take very seriously yet what a joy! My goal is to train artists in the foundational techniques that have been so terribly neglected in the United States in the past 50 years or so. I instruct a class on beginning color, oil painting one and oils two. I also teach composition from basics to Dynamic Symmetry and perspective drawing. It is truly wondrous to see a metamorphose occur in a student. Watching frustration change to comprehension then delight sweep across someone’s face is perhaps the most gratifying thing it has been my privilege to witness.

Warm Regards, David

I did find your comment at the Marketing Group. Thanks for it. I'll have to give it some thought. It's sort of like it's working in slow motion. Barbara

HI Sandy:  Congratulations on your show.  It's BEAUTIFUL!!! I also want to let you know that there is a new Group called Marketing. We're on page 2, so when you get to Groups go to the View All page and you'll find it. Hopefully you'll learn something new or have something to add. Welcome. Barbara

I am drawn to your blues and purples. Beautiful colors, I like the abstract qualities of your artwork. Great job...
