Sandy - the new diptych was done on Friday when I had the group painting with me a the studio... I was going to add details but when Carmela saw it posted in the gallery she reconfirmed for me that I should just leave it alone. Sometimes I forget that less is more.

Hi Sandy, Thanks for the lovely comments, and finding "the angel" -- I never saw it myself, and that's what is so fantastic about artists' eyes! PLEASE do everything you can to allow yourself more art time...I retired early and am living on less but enjoying it more.  Get a financial planner (preferably, one who doesn't sell his/her own product) if you haven't already and see how quickly you can quit! Stayin touch. Jane

Hi Sandy,  Thanks for your comments on Sunrise at Sea.  The funny thing is that I painted it vertically (with the yellow on the right) with a different idea in mind, but I wasn't happy with it when I finished.  Then I turned it and said "oh, that's how it's supposed to go!".    So when are you going to come East and paint with us?

Sandy, thanks for the comments.. I am not done reworking parts of my profile but hope to look for your new work once I finish. I am painting in my studio with others now (Carmela is one of my friends) and we are having fun and I would love to get together and paint if it was possible!

Hi Sandy thanks for being friends I ejoy your art work its has a nice flow to it and the color blendings are easy on the eye  it's like relxing I m an artist full time! but i make most of my money from tattooing ! i see your from LA Im heading out that way at the end of may time for a little vacation !! ttyl

Hi Sandy!  I am "coming down" from being with the Burridges and also I just sold a painting that won 2nd place at the Minnesota Watercolor Society Spring show.  I am so happy -I am bursting with joy.  I miss you- whats going on in your world?   I am thinking of you.
