I like blues the best, and jazz, I suppose. All music has something to offer.

The World According to Garp, Life and Death in Shanghai, The Profit, Creative Intuition, The Artist's Way, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy

Oh Brother Where Art Thou, The Princess Bride, Casablanca, Young Frankenstein, The Big Lebowski.

NEVER GIVE UP!

Every day is like Kindergarten in our house and we don't have children...painting, sculpting, woodworking, getting messy! LIFE IS GOOD!

I've decided life is too short to have regrets, so I'm living my life, following my talents and taking care of those I love.

Artists, musicians, scientists, and original thinkers.

most of all, hate.

Music, hiking, cooking, knitting, running, learning stuff

Hi Rebecca, Thanks for the generous compliment on my work and yes I will be posting more soon. The truth is I finally quit my day-job about a month ago, so I've been very active on a lot of fronts as of late. The job was art related (I was manager at a bronze art foundry) but I too suddenly realized that life is too short and I couldn't waste any more time working for the MAN. Your decorative paint work is very convincing, well rendered and detailed. I'll have to tell you about my experience with simulating wood grain some time. Thanks again, and you keep living life on your own terms! Scott

I like scifi movies too.  I have loved them since I was a child and look forward to seeing them on late night TV or the scifi channel.  I really like the older movies from the 1950's and any Japanese scifi.  And cf course robots, Forbidden Planet, The Day the Earth Stood Still and Lost in Space. Me and my kids watch Futurama all the time and we love Bender.

Your gallery is awesome and so are all of your works. I believe "multi-talented" is the expression.

Your work is GREAT!  And I love your philosophy that life is too short for regrets.  Keep following your dreams.

Thanks for the comment on my painting.  I'm glad that you found the humor in it.  That entire series is about infomercial slogans and tag lines.  The intention was to paint all of the infomercial-speak to appear as static on a tv screen.  I'm glad you liked it and thanks again.
