I am a ceramic and glass artist. My main focus is on custom tile work but I also make stained glass and sand carved glass. Most of my work is commissioned for residential and commercial installation. I work in an church that I bought about 3 years ago. It was built in 1900 and still has many of it's original architectural details like 14' tin ceilings and arts & crafts stained glass windows. It' very cool. I can't help but be inspired! My work area is in the basement and I am currently renovating the sanctuary to be used as a gallery space. Please visit my website to see my work.

Hi Sara, I haven't checked your website yet-and I will, but I was wondering if you make ceramic special order name tags.  I am looking for some cool jewelry that is like a name tag for the shows I am in, etc., but I do not want it to look like a name tag.  Do you know what I mean?  Deb

Hi Sara, Thanks for the good word at my gallery. Fumbling around with my profile here at Art Calendar, but you can check out my statement at www.brownlifestudios.com for more info.

Your work on the fountain is particularly impressive. An excellent design balancing the soft arc of the palm-like element with the sharp line and pointed shape of the center motif. It must be especially satisfying to have your work be literally a part of something.

Beautiful work you do! How wonderful it must be to own an old church building and to work there. Blessings, Diana

Thanks for the compliment on "Character Lines".  I have a fascination with hidden faces in paintings.  Karen
