I think it makes for more interesting scuttlebutt viewing when the profile pic changes (I decided to add a current photo rather than the promo shot). Thanks for noticing! I was just browsing here to see your newest images, the platinum process is so classic, I love it.

Your work has wonderful light.  But I know that is what you meant to do.  Light is life in photography.  Platinum rocks along with all the old processes.  Wow, so many posted and all stunning. Just curious, what size are most of your finished images?  Oh, and thanks for noticing my work.

Gary- You are a true renaissance man my friend! The breadth and depth of your work is amazing! You mentioned your wife having ties to the Empire Ranch Foundation- Do you have any plans for shooting the ranch?

Thanks for the comments and the welcome. Sincerely- Tom

PS: You should write an auto-biography/memoirs, with your colorful career path- not to mention all of the places you've been and people you've seen! (Have you seen the Dos Equis commercials?) :) I would buy it just to hear about the McGyver shoot.

wow! gorgeous work Gary! I love old historic photographics and your photography reminds me of the years I spent thumbing through my fathers American Heritage magazines. Your work is so subtle yet so dramatic...if you know what I mean!

Thanks for your kind words for my work!

Gary,

Can you send me again your last message (I don't find it again), regarding "La Sorbonne" and your daughter.

I am very impressed by your work.
