Gary,

So nice to hear from you again. Hope all is going well with your Master's program. I just finished a marketing/branding workshop today. The lady in the photo is from the Renaissance. I recently closed my art gallery and moved my studio home. Once I get it set-up I'll get back to making prints. The economy was too much for my small operation, forcing me to change my direction a bit.

Warm regards,

Brent

I really enjoyed the video of your explaining platinum printing. It took me a long while to accept photography as a fine art, but the more I get involved with digital images the more fascinated I become with traditional techniques.

Regarding your comment about one picture looking like it was just an old photograph, I assure you that it took time to achieve that effect. It is made up of three photographs that were taken during the early 1900's.

Your work is fantastic...I love the character studies, and you have some very classic subjects...nice, nice, nice!

I think it makes for more interesting scuttlebutt viewing when the profile pic changes (I decided to add a current photo rather than the promo shot). Thanks for noticing! I was just browsing here to see your newest images, the platinum process is so classic, I love it.
