thanks for coming by... It is always nice hearing from you.  Congrats on your show!  That sounds like a great success.  It is an interesting idea showing in an airport.  I guess there are a lot of people traveling with money to spend on art!

Hi Gary -

Just toured your gallery and found it utterly fascinating. Your work is moving and poetic. The image of Chateau de Chillon - Gravure took my breath away.

If it is your intention to emotionally impact the viewer, you have succeeded admirably.

Best wishes for your continued success,

dcjames

I just noticed you were a chiropractor... XD

Anyways, (I say that a lot, don't I?) I don't have any pictured of Klaha in my gallery. I try not to draw him too much, since I can't draw him right, and to me, drawing someone and making them look bad is a disgrace to them. ^__^ So, in other words, I'm afraid to hurt his feelings...? *dead*

Beautiful work, Gary!  Not only is the quality of the photography superb, but you print in a lot of different ways.  Gravure, too - I haven't seen any of that in YEARS - I do some etching, but have never done gravure - and yours looks great.  Thanks for contacting me - I will definitely watch for more of your work!

These last two hall images are pretty sweet.  I am a big Gothic kinda guy, anyway.  I am inspired by your photography.  I often shot tunnels and hallways as I was fascinated by the perspective lines.   It was only later I learned that due to an eye flaw my 3D vision is impaired.

In school I did a buttload of 35mm b/w work, but then burnt out and only recently got back into it with the digital camera.  I wanted big photos and printed 35mm slides in large sweeping tryptics, but was forever plagued by dust, and had no real interest in the level of meticulous spotting it required.  So painting became my focus.

Are you using digital cameras now too or film?

Thanks for putting a link up to my site Gary.  I will do the same for yours later today.  I'm adding a photo to another friends link so if you would like a photo as well please send me one I can use.
