I've been an artist my entire life, and became a professional clairvoyant in 2000. My acrylic paintings have become more abstract as a result of my energy work, enough to the point where I now call myself an abstract artist. My technique is unique and is something I discovered and began to develop while still in art school in 1980: reverse painting on clear vinyl. All of my paintings are made using this technique.

I have had many different jobs: fashion designer, photo stylist, set decorator, teacher. I love being where I am now, and am committed to my art work in a way I haven't been before. Currently I am working on a new abstract series, "The Agents of Change".

Spirit, color, amusement, happy people, gratitude, flowers, abstract art, positive ideas, growth, chocolate, my loving husband, Obama's campaign!

Nastiness, invalidation, the word "can't", whining, resistance to growth, liars.

Hiking, reading, sewing, listening to music, cooking, practicing being, not doing!

Please take this with a grain of salt, my feeling is that many times titles trivialize something and if the viewer is left to come to his own conclusion or feelings that is good. On the other hand, I realize that our current society values titles, but take Pollack's work for an example, no titles. So although you were'nt asking for my input, I just was so moved by your work and then I would find the title jarring because your work is so much more than that. Just a thought.

Hi Kris,  I recieved a message from the Art Comm. today saying I had a message from you, but it was not on my message list.  I checked out your page and like your work and music.  How do you put music on your page.?  Also, have you seen work done in reverse painting where there is a  thick sheet of transparent acrylic like material that I believe is poured and then painted and then poured again and then painted again.  I saw it in Santa Fe and don't remember the  name of the artist.  She was Asian.  It intrigued me.  I would like to know more about it but don't want to deal with it if it is toxic.  When did you realize you were clairvoyant.  I've always been caught up with the paranormal, and have had a few experiences in that area, but I believe the more you are open to it, the more you recieve.

Talk later,  Wanda

Thanks for your comment on "Blue Mountains". That piece is W16"XH10". I used watercolor and rice paper to create a monoprint and then elaborated on the result with some conte crayon and india ink

OOOOOOH!   You have wonderful, brilliant pieces!  Are you showing and selling and all that jazz?  I sure hope so.  Very nice gallery.  I would love to see your work up close and personal.  Welcome to a fun website and yes, I would love to be your friend.

kris,

thanks so much for your comments on my work. I am happy to be your friend. i just spent (too much!) time exploring your website and watching your youtube videos of reverse paintings. a compelling distraction! your work is very beautiful, i am quite drawn to your landscapes. i am also intrigued by your clairvoyance and have studied a bit myself, would love to chat about that further. to view a more comprehensive collection of my work, visit my website www.trendsyndicate.com and click on my picture.

cheers!
