I am a retired commercial Tuna/Crab boat captain. I have happily spent more time on the water than I have on land. I have painted the ocean all of my adult life and now that I have retired from a life at sea, I am painting full time out of my studio here in Montana. I also am an Official U.S. Coast Guard Artist. As well, I am president of the International Society of Marine Artists. I have been president for the last five years and enjoy working with our members from all over the world.
