Nice to find a kindred spirit. I love the your realist approach and technique. Best of luck getting accepted into Daily Painters. The quality of you work surely qualifies.

Your newest works are beautiful! Truly. You are capturing the essence of your subjects with really nice direct brushwork. I always look forward to your latest postings.

Thank you so much. What else could I do but add you. I had a teacher in Japan once to your standard of observation and technique. He would hound me constantly. I'm impressed with you work. Would love to see the originals. I've come to learn that nothing quite compares.... eh? How large have you gone with your pieces?

Holy cow! Ok i just took a look at your blog, and i'm very intimidated, lol! You are really good!!!

I don't think i will be able to do that. I've never painted anything smaller than 2x4ft, really big! Plus I barely get time to work on my big paintings after work. But cudos to you for coming up with a painting everyday, that takes a lot of self restraint and determination!

How did the daily go? Yes, the Les Paul is mine. It (she) is a reissue '59 Flame Top I bought in '89. One of seven guitars I currently own. The red pick in the foreground was given to me by BB King. I'd like to think special things happen when I use it!
