Thanks for the comment. It does indeed feel good to sell a piece. I enjoyed looking through your gallery.

You are so kind with our encouragement... thanks. The boots were enjoyable to do. Something I like about old wood floors and old houses. Reminders of a quieter time. Hope you have a great week.

I see you added a couple new pieces. The one called "Two more Seconds" is great. It has a great design and composition. Nice work.

Thanks for your comment...

Thanks for your encouraging comment. That "artist" piece was a friend of mine who I thought had an interesting look...

So, are you doing any new painting these days? Look forward to seeing more of your work. Hope you had a great 4th of July. It's getting hot here in Texas. I hate the summers here. Just too hot.

Boot in retirement really strikes my fancy! I tried to paint a pair of boots for my husband, and one of them was really out of whack - foreshortening is a pain. But now, ten years later, my grown son calls and says "Mom, do you still have that boot painting? I want it for my living room!" Go figure.

Thanks for your kind, encouraging words. Today, I'm getting the packet ready to go to the gallery, so we'll see.....

HI!

Thank you for your comment about my painting, "Wedding Treasures."  I enjoyed seeing your work as well and especially like the "Drying Room."  It reminded me of when I lived in New Mexico.  Your flowers are also very, very nice.
