Hello,

I am just now getting to the point of answering messages.  I've been working on my profile page at ArtScuttleButt, enjoying your site, even though I apparently caused somewhat of an abbrasive effect on your editor (and possibly YOU) in my various emails regarding different aspects of the website and my first experiences with it.  As I told her, I have a better feel of things now, and I hope that our association might be positive from here out. 

Take a look at my gallery, ... as I invited the editory to do, ... thinking in terms of prospective cover art for future editions of Art Calendar . 

I'm always exploring new possibilities.  You know what "they" say: " If you don't ask, then you'll never know."

Thanks for saying "Hi" on Friday.  This is a terrific site.  I spent most of the weekend looking at many of the amazing paintings and reading about the artists.

I have enjoyed Art Calendar since its beginning.

Hi David,

This is a great site.  I received the email about the cover contest. I had uploaded a photo already, I thought.  Is it possible I did it wrong?  Or was the email simply sent to all as a reminder?

Hi David,

Thank you for creating this web site.  There aren't many things for free anymore.  To have a place like this where other artist can share information is a great help for us all.  I'm self taught , and have been creating art for years inbetween working and raising a family. In the last 2 years, I've been fortunate to be able to devote my full time to it.  I feel as though I still  have so much to learn.  I'm trying to learn the business, marketing aspects of it, as well as improve my painting skills.    I'm looking forward to sharing and learning on this site.
