Over the years Artman Greg has utilized a variety of media in his work, including oils, watercolor, collage, and photography, but scratchboard is his favorite medium. "I love the way scratchboard emphasizes the dramatic contrasts between black and white. Working with scratchboard gives me a connection to my art that I don't always get with other mediums. I like making art that is thought-provoking and interesting to look at."

Not familiar with this medium, but they are really cool effects.  Enjoyed viewing them.

My blue star theory is that I get them by trying to keep up with FineArtByRobin and PaintsWithAStick.  Also I noticed they appear when I am obsessed with the Butt, and commenting on everybodies art.

I am sure you won't mind me asking you a dumb question...probably basic knowledge for everyone but me...but what is the significance of the blue stars and points?  I really enjoyed reading your profile.  It's always good to vary interests, but still stay out of trouble!

I'm sort of a Hudson River school fan- always been fasinated with the "smallness" of man in the landscape- to the point of non-inclusion in my own work. The work I do is digital manipulation using varied art sofware programs.

I've heard of him he does fractal art... I've been looking to do the same on my own that way but I like to differ myself from others.
