This grouping is done in acrylic with metallics, some with gold leaf, some with gels to give texture.  I know I submitted that I'm an oil painter, but in reality I work in almost all mediums.

The particular piece you asked about is 24"x48", I believe.

Hi Sandy, thanks for the comment on my painting "Ghost", I had started it as a demonstration painting for a class I teach and finished it yesterday morning and wasnt sure if it was really done but I guess it is now! I cant believe you werent included on my friends list so I sent a request to you now.

I feel the same way you do.  I too work full time and wish I could turn the tables and work full time with my artwork.  I am a medical transcription supervisor and there is not much artwork involved in my day to day activites.    So I am constantly daydrreaming of the time I can be a full time artist.  I write and illustrate children's books and have yet to send one in for publishing.   I love to draw anything.  I love the way paint moves on the paper and performs magic right before our eyes.
