Hi Sue - my new work in the gallery is a watercolor painting with ink stamps! I went to AC Moore and bought some funky ink colors and some fern stamps so technically, its a mixed media painting, not a pure watercolor, and its all about the color. I have used ink stamps in the past to create patterns in some of my geisha's robes and I dont know that I would submit a work with ink stamps to a juried watercolor show, but to me, its important to have fun while creating art and I say, there are no rules when creating art!)

Thanks for stopping by my gallery again! You're right...I haven't posted much lately. I had a big show a couple of weeks ago that took up all of my time/energy. But I'm back in the saddle now and hope to be posting more often. Thanks again!--Brenda

Thanks for the nice comments on my drawings. We do seem to have the same likes in subjet matter. I love your tree ideas. I have a small 16 arce horse and veggie farm in Mass and love the rustic stuff. Keep up your great work.
