Hi, and thanks for your comment!  "The World" was made for my son and new daughter in law who were just married in New Zealand in February...so, in total, it is 36" x 36", but it's in three pieces.  The idea being that in 20 years, maybe a huge "mother in law" painting might be burdensome, and that the 3 pieces might be hung separately if so desired.

So, it's their world....the mountains of North Carolina merged with "down under" coral reef....and collaged in is tons of stuff, all representing their families.....from a sister's tutu netting (in the mountains) to a great grandmother's piano music (one of the fish).  Their hands are collaged into the bottom of the sea....and a poem that he wrote her is written into the top of the sky.

It was a great work of love.

And, I've greatly enjoyed looking at your page, all the gorgeous horses, my favorites, and the whimsical trees.  I'd ask you to be my "friend", but I don't know how!

Cheers,

Susan

Thanks!  I'm glad you liked my stained glass of the Grand Tetons.  It is 36" in diameter and I made it for our home, so it is not for sale.  Your comments are greatly appreciated and you are very kind.

Your work is amazing.  I love the one of the moose in the tree trunks.  Beautiful.

Thank you again.  Kathleen Krucoff

Do you have a website? Gotta get a better look at this background and more of your work. Stunning!

Thanks so much! The painting is 6x6".  Quite a challenge for me. Used to no smaller than 12x12". Enjoy the weekend.

Hello, I am terrible at naming my photos. Everyone on here always has the best titles for all of their work, I just call all of mine untitled...pretty lame.

Ive just recently bought a new camera, so Ive been going pretty crazy with it. The picture you asked about is an old retired boat sitting at the marina, which Im having the best time exploring. All of my new pictures have actually been taken at the same marina, including the car. What fun!! Hope to see more of your work soon...

Sue, did you get my message from last night regarding "An Inconvenient Half-Truth"? I got an error message saying your message box is full and wasn't sure...   -Don
