Hey Kara!  I couldn't get my other message sent to you; It said your message box was filled.  So, I'll just paste my reply here:

That is an interesting "coincidence"! I feel 100% sure you'll like
the book. I gave it to my mom for a gift (over a year ago) and she still
thanks me! And, she loved it so much she gave it to my aunt, who then
went on to give it to her sister, and so on. I don't want to oversell
the book, but it seems to really speak to people. I hope you thoroughly
enjoy it!

I've read so many good books, it's really hard to choose!  Really, really, really hard!  I'll start out with this one (Everyone I know who's read it, LOVES it!):  "It's Not About The Horse - It's about overcoming fear and self doubt" by Wyatt Webb

I am doing great btw! - Thanks for asking!  I am a bit tired right now though; I just spent a million hours watching Byron Katie on YouTube.  Now my eyes have gone all "buggy".  Time to rest.

Have a good one,

-Jendria

Thanks for the positive comments.  I usually name my pieces after I've finished them to see what they remind me of.  And since I read lots of zen type books it always seems to reflect this frame of mind.

Hi,

Synchronicity - I DO love it!

Right now I am in the middle of reading about 6 or 7 books at a time.  But, I'll definitely consider any books you'd recommend!  Likewise, I know of some really good ones if you're interested also. - Let me know.

All is well.

Stay Cool,

How AWESOME are you?!

Thanks for the birthday wishes!!!  I had a very nice birthday.  And to answer your question; Yes, I did read the entire book in one day - in one single sitting to be exact.   What's weird is that I never ask people what good books they've read as of late; But, for some reason, I felt like asking you.  Pretty cool how that all worked out.  (I've even recommended that book to some of my friends.)  Thanks again for the great suggestion!

The BEST,

-Jendria

Sorry Kara,

i forgot to answer your question.  no, my work isn't watercolor, or not primarily, anyway.  Most of it is monotype with added mixed media.

Thanks for the very kind comments about my work.  Yes, I did change my photo because my friends thought it didn't look like me.  It's great to hear from you again.

Thanks for the compliment on my work! I really enjoy yours as well, especially "Birdie"! You and I definitely have a lot of similar likes...and I have been camping in Yosemite. That place is the very definition of majestic. I definitely want to get back there soon, and want to visit King's Canyon as well. I just love California from Monterey on up; haven't been south of there, haven't seen any reason to!!
