You are absolutely going to fall in love with solar printing.  It is one of my favorite - after block/linocut.  There are so many different things you can do with it.  Just be careful not to leave it out in the sun too long - or you may end up with nothing on your plate.  We will be doing solar printing next in our printmaking class - I can't wait to play with it again.  I did an awesome print of a mail bicycle picture I took in Sweden.  My sister did some really great prints by drawing on the transparency after she had put her photograph on it.  Good luck with yours.

ABOUT EBAY - its just not what I want to do with my art.. Keemo strongly disagrees, and the last exchange I had with him I asked what his average price point was but I got no response. I just feel like people buy things on Ebay to find a bargain and I dont think my paintings belong in a bargain setting (and I dont mean for that to sound snotty). Maybe if I didnt have gallery or show options to show my work, I would try ebay, instead I will let you be the guinea pig and hopefully you will keep me posted!

I enjoyed looking at all of your work. White River is my favorite painting but I think a dozen of your paintings would make an awsome and easily marketable calendar. It's nice to see another artist who works in a variety of mediums.

Thanks for the comments on my work!  Although I'm a "modern" Goth (as opposed to Visigoth), the focus of my work is not necessarily that image, so, glad you picked up on that!  :)  And historically, I do love architecture from that time period, so hence the cathedral images.

I really like your "Love" sculpture.  The conflicting spikes with the amorpheous shapes says it all!

Hi, thanks for you comments.  Actually, you can see the images quite large on my website.  www.portraitwatercolor.com.  Most of the pictures have a magnifying glass feature.

And yes, I think I had to re-train my brain to paint the way I do.

You have great surrealism
