You certainly have the eye!  All your paintings have great values which make things like your mountains and canyons look 3D.  I can't believe you've only been painting for a little over a year!  My best advice is to keep taking classes, not only because they are fun, but because there really are a lot of technical skills that you will pick up.  Spoken like a true art teacher haha

You never know what is going to happen for being an artist. When I started to paint 9 years ago, I never dream that people would pay for my works. Just being who you want to be, and keep working on your love and passion. The reward will be in the near future. Good luck. Ellen

Thanks for your comments.  Remember art is about what you put into it, your heart and soul and that has no measure of time. Keep painting and keep enjoying.

Awesome "raw" talent.  Very Van Gogh(esque)  I see impressionism everywhere.  Keep it up and have fun with it.

PS Thanks for the comments.

Thank you for the compliments!  I appreciate it.  You are just starting out?  Wow!  You will have a fun time!  Keep painting.  Just a bit of a tip if you are able to receive it-  when you take photo's of your work, try to get all the image in and not have any background showing up.  Your viewers will see your beautiful work only, and not be distracted by the things in the background.   (My teaching tips are emerging)   Best of luck to you!       Deb
