Hi Alston, Thanks for stopping by "Cult of Personality" and leaving your kind comments. That painting was a fun exercise which developed deeper meaning for me as I painted it.

Don't forget you can see my work hanging at Blue Sky Yoga inside the Arts Factory at Charleston and Main thru the rest of January. You can find their schedule on their website, http://www.blueskyyogalv.com. First Friday was last night and we had a pretty good turnout considering the time of year. I'm not sure if I'll be hanging their in February, or skipping a few months to wait until Spring...

Hope you're feeling better. Sorry you weren't able to make it out. I plan to be showing in next month's First Friday, as well. That will be the night of January 2.

Thanks for your nice comment.  My studio is located in an historic building which is also an art center where I  work at my craft almost every day.  When a film crew is in the area looking for a studio suited for photo shoots or filming the directors and film crew visit and love my space as much as I do, so they will schedule a time to make use of my large space and wonderful light, and my large figurative works porvide a nice backdrop as well as great exposure for my work.

 Your paintings are beautiful.  Very fresh! Best, Jeanine
