One of the keys to my work is "MIX"- mix photos/art work(your own and others}-choose the compositional components you like-MIX together through varied art sofware and use BLEND tools to achieve the media and desired effect you want-sounds like a recipe-hope this helps! t takes a LOT of experimentation!

Thanks for visiting "Poetic Justice" and your kind comments.

I am glad you found painting and enjoy it. To me there is no better therapy, and after what you've been going thru with your grandson I'm sure you find it to be true for you also. Keep up the good work.

I especially enjoy the photo of clouds you recently posted. Wow!   -Don

You paint beautiful skys.  I'll have to check back and see if you get a painting to Johnny Depp.

Love good coffee too.  But no snow?  Really?  ;o)  I like your clouds.  You seem to have a "thing" for them.

Hi!  Thanks for your compliments on my ACEO oil painting "Sunlight Winter Cemetery"!  I know what you mean about the older cemeteries and also about it not being "gloomy".  I feel like most cemeteries are quiet places filled with beauty - for those who have the eyes to see it.

You're awesome.  Keep up the good work!

I never heard of Tab Benoit until the man I date (who lives in cajun country) took me to the concert, he turned me on to him. He played with a band by the name of La Rue or something.
