Thanks for the recent visit and for the compliment on my painting "Distressed Figure & Blue Window".  Looks like that one is a real crowd pleaser.

Kelly, thank you so much for sharing your technique.. I wondered if it was photoshop or collage.  sometimes I take photos and I varnish them.  then when the varnish is dry I peel of the paper behind the print leaving an almost transparent photo and I can put that right on top of my painting and then use a clear glaze to seal it...so I was wondering if you also used this technique.

'winter blue' and 'hanging on' are absolutely beautiful. very nice capture of those changing moments and swirling petals.

Kelly very beautiful work.  You have a wonderful eye for composition.  I love what you are doing with your images in photoshop.  And do you know how lucky you are to have chosen art as your path from the get go???  I long for the day I can do art all day long and make a living doing it!!  Best,Sandy
