Hey gabriella - It's been a while since I've been able to spend a lot of time on this site. I really enjoy reading your compliments. I have recently found a gallery to represent my work and now that I am finished with college, I am focusing on landscapes. I wrote a bit about the new commitment on my blog. I hope that I can start selling a few pieces here and there - it would make my wife very happy since she is the one who lives with an artist's mess 24/7 :) Later - Jared

Gabriela, Thanks for visiting "Callisto" and leaving your observations. Yes, she is a bit different...I get bored entirely too easily and have to change things up. Keeping it fresh keeps it fun.   -Don

Hey Miss, I am alright.  Running around like a lunatic.  The usual starving artist stuff.  LOL...    I am working on a piece that is totally out of my norm.  Should be interesting to hear some comments.   How are you doing?

Gabriella,

Thank you for your critique of my painting of the California coast.  That stand of trees is really there and the only trees for about a mile on either side along the coast.  It was very moving and I had hope to capture it.

Your name is Italian.  Are you of that heritage?  I am first generation and speak some italian.

Thanks for taking time to comment on my "Apples" painting. That was my first attempt at painting silver. I just got a new commission to do something similar...lots of silver and the apples again. Hopefully it turns out just as well.
