I love your version of Over the Rainbow too!  ....actually I love all of your music selections.  When I worked in the O.R. Enya was a favorite of all the doctors while they worked.

Good selling at your opening.  I like your new work, although I can't quite make the connection between images and the titles.  I saw  some work that  reminded me of these...the photographer had frozen flowers in chunks of ice and light them brightly.  They kind of look like you last posted image...abstract, yet almost something familiar.

 Maybe you could find an image of Krista Cheney on the web...

Hey Deb!  Glad to hear from you again....I haven't produced anything other than the phone mural, so I have been in a bad mood artistically speaking.  Yeck and phooey, I say!  I am planning on a huge vacation to go up north to my hometown stomping grounds, but I will be doing a mural while I am up there...Oh well.  That's the least of my challenges.  I am going to hang lose and try to enjoy hauling my kids around...it gets tighter every year, the larger they get...and this is going to be a big trip...but that comes after this month!  You be good now...you hear?

i am sorry to hear of your loss....i know how you feel...my mother passed away in july 07 and my stepdad aug07 exactly 4wks apart.  it was a very long summer, i went before my school was out to help with the last few weeks along with hospice and return after services one week before school started....i didn't stop and take a breath...i may should have as stress and grief does funny things to your soul and body..

but i would agree that creating and letting "the powers that be" work the magic you begin to reconnect and heal.
